Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take  10-15 business days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking)

Order processing takes between 1-2 business days. If you have a high volume order, it may take up to 5 business days. 

If you placed an order after 5pm PST, your order will begin processing the following business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping time varies based on the item you ordered and the country you live in. But typically, shipping can take anywhere between  10-20 business days to arrive. Please see below for more details:

YES! All orders include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided us as soon as your order ships.

Please Note: The order number  IS NOT your tracking number. 

Please email us at support@oasismat.com ASAP and in the subject line include the following: [SHIPPING ADDRESS UPDATE] followed by your order number.

If your order has already been shipped it  WILL NOT be possible to update your shipping information. 

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! 

Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest contacting your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Oasis Mat currently accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal.

Sometimes the carrier mishandles the parcel and a product can be damaged during shipping. Please open the package and see if the product inside is also damaged.

If there is damage to your product or it is defective, please email us ASAP at support@oasismat.com Please include the following in your email:
Subject Line: Order Number 

Body of the email: Explain the issue to the best of your ability and include pictures of the packaging and the products.

Oasis Mat is committed to protecting your personal information and providing a secure online shopping experience. We use industry standard encryption and password protection technologies such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Sensitive information including any type of payment information is not stored on our servers.

All credit card numbers are processed through a payment gateway. The payment gateway is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. 

At this time Oasis Mat does not offer price adjustments under any circumstance.

Oasis Mat generally aims to restock items within one to two weeks. Some products may take longer to restock, but please check back frequently as we are updating our inventory on a weekly basis.

The Oasis Mat team works Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm pacific.

The Customer Experience team responds to all inquiries within 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that inquiries are answered in the order which they come in. Sending multiple emails will not result in a faster reply.

Processing and Fulfillment stops at 5 pm. If you placed an order after this time, your order will begin processing the following business day.
